Love my classic X-Metal Juliets, but the flex couplers had deteriorated & the bridge flexed. Did some research & rather than buying a kit & replacing them myself (didn't fancy trying to remove the rivets) – shipped them off to AlphaOmega. Many, many thanks indeed. Glasses broken Friday, websearch finds you, message sent regarding repair. Extremely comprehensive answer received on Sunday (now that was NOT expected!) so glasses packaged and sent on Monday. Repaired and returned on Tuesday so received in full working order on Wednesday.
